Hello everyone and welcome back to another new positive blog post.I know that It's been a long time since my latest blog post and I feel sorry for that but September was a month full of changes that I had to deal with and I wanted to take some time to figure everything out.That's why I always say that when you have to deal with something new or with something tough for you,you have to take the time you need to help yourself mentaly to deal with it.
So, I'm glad that I'm back doing what I love and I hope you are too.Today I will write about something that I always say but it's really important for all of us to have it in mind as an advice when things aren't going the way we've planned.

We people tend to make dreams and plans about the near future but things don't go always as planned,in fact life has a lot of ways to surprise us.Usually people feel upset when things go differently because they have never believed that they could live in situations way differently from what they've planned.As I have said before changes are scary but that doesn't mean that they will ruin your life or things will go wrong.
It's really scary when you have planned your life day by day and some day you are found in the middle of "nowhere" trying to get used to a new life,but you know what?That situation will grow you,and you will taste life differently than you used to.Getting far away from your comfort zone will teach you how to stand on your own feet!

You didn't get the job you always wanted,you didn't pass your exams,you didn't go to the university you wanted,your marriage isn't going well and now you are dealing with a divorce,you split with the one who you thought he/she was your life.Those are daily examples of people who have planned their whole life but things didn't go the way they wanted.And it's devasting to know that a whole time was wasted from people who were planning their life.
Now what?
You are going through a tough time of self doubt unable to predict what's coming next,will it be worse?The options don't seem to touch you...
But you know what?Things will go better than you have planned.Losing something doesn't mean that you are lost,take some time,cure yourself but be sure that everything is going to be alright.
You will never have a permanent time of total sadness or happiness in your life.Things will change and if you are at your lowest be sure that you can go up to your highest.Life has another way to show us how we can survive through situations that we've never thought about them before.
You will find a job that you've never thought that will fit you,you will go in the university that you've never thought about it in the past,you will see how it is to be alone without any partner to distract you.And you will get to creat a whole new life,including new habits,new faces.It doesn't seem to be that bad and it's not,believe me.

Hello guys!!On today's post I will give you some advices to help you achieve and be focused to your goals.Since my last post was about creating a to do list,I thought it could be helpful for you to give you some more tips on how to be stuck and concentrate on whatever you want to achieve!



  1. Make a plan.What is your goal?You want to lose weight,you want to be the best in your class/job,You want to make changes in your life etc. People have a lot of dreams and goals but not everyone knows how to actually achieve them!So, make a plan,write it down or let it exist in your head.You want to lose weight,alright,create a plan of exercises and healthy meals.You want to be the best in your class/job,plan the days and times that you need to do your (home)work.You want to make some changes,make a plan and choose from when you want to begin.
  2. Work for it.Goals sometimes mean sacrifices,you need to work for them.BUT don't overdo it,try as much as you can to have fun through the process,goals aren't meant to stress you!Do the best you can but also make it fun,in that way is going to be much more easier for you to get through them and achieve them.
  3. Be ready to fail.This is the secret source for everything you want to achieve.Every great athlete and every successful person in this world have admited that if you want to succeed you should learn to fail.Failure doesn't mean giving up,it means that you are stronger or you become stronger by learning to stand up and fight harder!!!
  4. Pick a partener.If you have a friend that has the same goal as you,she/he can be a really good motivation for you to keep going.For example if you want to strengthen your body,do some exercise with you friend,she/he can be a motivation for you to not give up and keep working those abs (or whatever).You can also be a motivation for someone else,cooperation is the key!
  5. Determination,determination,determination.I have said it a thousand times!!You've got a goal?No excuses,no second thoughts!!Just go for it with all your heart and all your strength!!!
So these are my advices on how to achieve your goals.Eventually,it's all in your mind.You have to persuade yourself that you can succeed in whatever you dream about.I know,that the fear of failure is real but whatever it is going happen in the end, make peace with yourself and be sure that you did your best!

Hello everyone!!!I know that it is kind of early to create a to do list but I think that as school is around the corner and that means that a new (school) year is coming, it will be helpful for you to create a list that will help you realise what are your main goals to focus on them this year,in that way you will be always motivated and organized!
Also,either if you are going to school or not a list is always helpful.After summer holidays we are all a little bit unorganized and we need to go back to our routine.Personally,I have already created my to do list and my to be list.



To do list

What is a to do list?A to do list is a list where you write down the things that you want to do,it is basically you, leaving the past behind with the determination to change and become the new version of you.So I split my to do list into two different lists;the "to do" and "to be"  because I want my to do list to be the things that I actually want to do; for example read more books,create a healthy lifestyle etc.

The difference is that in my to be list I wrote how I want my personality to be like,it's actually a way for me to improve myself by clarifying what I want from myself.It's a way to stop those bad habits that don't allow me to grow as a person!


So,I know that creating a to do list can be also a gain or a waste of time if you are not willing to follow it.Personally,I have stopped creating to do lists as new year's resolution because there wouldn't be a chance for me to follow it.But this year I want you and me to make it and achieve our goals so I will give you only 2 tips that will help you succeed and there will be other 6 more tips on my next post on Monday on how to achieve your goals!!


  • Be determined.Be sure about which are your goals for this year,think of how important is for you to actually achieve them.That's why you have to be determined and dedicated to your goals and your dreams!Dedication and determination!
  • Re-read your list. Repetition will help you remember your list and absorb it so you do things automatically.

Hello everyone and welcome back!My previous post was about how to survive this school year and today's post is about something that sadly is observed in the school areas and we all have to be involved with it and help the victims or even ourselves if we've ever been a victim of bullying to erase this phenomenon.I have never been a victim of bullying but it's sad to know that there are students or let's call  them human beings,because we are all humans after all, who have to deal with it.I can understand how tough it is to be in a place where there are people who make your life difficult ,what's more when this area is your school!!!
And I say this because school has to be the symbol of peace,acceptance and equality rather than a place of fear and hate.That's my opinion after all.But whatever you are through remember that you are not alone and there are many ways to avoid that behavior against you.


For victims of bullying

  1. It's very important to tell someone right after you've been bullied.Your parents,your teachers,your friends,they are people who care about you.Don't let bullies have the space to act against you!!
  2. Don't let them make you feel weak.Bullies maybe are physically stronger than you but they don't have the privilege to have an actual brain that's why they act violently!Don't let them push you down because mentally you are stronger!!!
  3. Don't be embarrassed of being a victim of bullying,it is not something you chose and has nothing to do with the way you are or something.It's their problem,bullies have low self-esteem and they are weak mentally.They should be ashamed of what they are doing!!
  4. Be around people who care about you.It's good for you to be surrounded by people,especially with those who will act if you are in danger!!
  5. Raise your voice against your bullies and let everyone know about the fact that they bully you,no one likes bullies.Let them know that they don't have the right to misstreat you!!Don't be shy,fight for your rights!!!
  6. Change school enviroment if you can.
  7. Go to the police if things are getting serious.There are a lot of legal ways to defend yourself.Even if you are victim of bullying or cyber bullying don't be afraid to call for help!!

If you see someone being bullied

  • Call for help
  • Help the victim defend itself.No violence.Convince bullies reasonably to stop what they are doing,let then understand that they should be ashamed of that.
  • Act,don't just watch the victim suffer!Whatever is the situation it concerns all of us.No one should remain silent!!!
  • Support the victim mentally to realise that he/she is not weak and you will be by his/her side.Help him/her gain his/her strenght and self-confidence!!


As I said I have never been a victim of bullying but these things are what I would do if I were a victim or someone who saw someone being bullied!!Bulying isn't something acceptable and it concerns all of us.Either way don't stay silent and ask for help!Fight for your right or the right of someone else to live their life in peace!!!Take action!!!

Hello everyone!!!I know that it's a little bit early to talk about school,but school year is coming and you should prepare yourself mentally about it.If you are one of those who is excited about school keep your excitement and your positivity!!!So on today's post I will give you some tips and advices to make the process "back to school" fun!!Keep reading this post because it is suitable for anyone who starts school or university (like me!!).
  • Stop being negative,I know when school begins you should stop being in that "vacation mood" and you should start creating a routine that it is all about going to school and do homeworks and that's already enough to ruin your mood but negativity won't help you feeling better,replace negativity with excitement and positivity and focus on the positive things...what kind of positive thing can bring this year?Keep reading...
  • Buy colourful pens,notebooks and all those stuffs that you are going to need this school year,there are a lot of diy on youtube that will give you creative ideas,in that way the whole process become fun!!



  • Create a fun morning routine that will help you wake up easily;listen to your favourite music, eat a healthy and full of energy breakfast or go for a run,there are a lot of things to do,if you are a night person you will find it hard to wake up early but if you try to become a morning person by changing your habits everything will be easier for you,no force though.
  • Make goals for this year but don't overdo it, we don't want to suffer from anxiety,we all have goals in life,what's yours?Think of it and work for it!!!
  • Start a (new) hobby,it will keep you motivated and positive,also it will be your stress relief,if you are looking forward to starting some kind of exercise read my previous post about the pros of starting it and,trust me, it has nothing to do with weight loss here.Personally I have started blogging and dancing as an escape from school and all the anxiety,plus they are fun and both are so creative,find your talent or a hobby you always wanted to start but you weren't sure about it,this is the time!!!



  • Focus on improving your personality,even if you think that school subjects won't help you in your life, you are wrong!From math to literature you will gain knowledge and you will improve your personality and spirit.Don't forget knowledge is power but needs the right mental ability to become an actual power!!Go for education!!!
  • Try to have fun.Even if you think that school and fun don't go together take some time to reflect on it!This year wasn't an actual success for me when it comes to fun because I had to deal with finals but there were beautiful unforgetable moments that I am going to remember for a long time.

My view in everything is that if you want to be negative and see the negative side of things you will find a lot of reasons to hate school,but if you try to be positive and see the positive side of things, it will help you also deal with them easier.Don't cry because school starts!Look forward to making unforgetable memories!!

Hello guys!!!Today's post will be extra positive because I am going to give you some tips on how to make your life more positive and happy as well,so if you think that you need some positivity in your life you're in the right place!Perhaps you are going to find some of them a little bit hard but I need all your mental ability to achieve them and create a positive happy life.
  1. It's very important to start the day with a good mood,don't even think of how stressful or hard this day is going to be,as long as you convince yourself that you are strong enough to deal with every situation throughout the day nothing can bring you down.You are a positive thought away to make your whole day.Take some minutes while you're in bed and make beautiful thoughts and think of how strong you are because you have survived through everything so far,nothing can bring you down now!!Believe in yourself and start your day with a big smile in your face!!!
  2. Eat good and listen to your favourite songs that make you move. Use colours in your life,create music,read beautiful things and stay away from negativity and stress,but even if your dealing with negativity or stress remember step1; You are strong and you can face everyone and everything,no one can bring you down!!
  3. Be around people that make you happy.Yes, I know I have said this a lot of times but beautiful people (on the inside mainly) bring the best in you!!Talk with them about your day and tell them beautiful inspiring things and let them inspire you as well,give positivity and take positivity and do that again.When you talk about the things you love you realise how blessed you are and you don't let negativity put you down or make you miserable.It's not about hiding the truth is about keeping the positive stuff and let all the bad go away with the wind.
  4. Don't overthink, with black letters so we can remember it. I have to admit that I caught myself overthinking a lot and create problems that don't exist,as a result I become insecure.The only thing that we need to do in order to stop it is;when our mind is making thoughts and these thoughts make us lose our good mood and we even start feeling stressed and worried about things that don't exist, say to yourself;"(your name) I don't like what you are thinking,you make me feel stressed and worried about silly things creating problems that don't exist,I don't like it and I am going to stop it now!" and then focus on something else and stop your mind from going back to that thought again!!
  5. Do more of what you love!I understand that you woke up with a bad mood or worried about something,if you want to get rid of your thoughts (step4) do something that make you feel good and make you forget everything for a little while.Walk,do some exercise,eat your favourite meal,run,do yoga,go shopping,start volunteering,watch your favourite series or movie,have a chat with your friends etc. There are a lot of things you can do to break your bad mood and you are going to feel better and see things clearly!Blogging is my way to relax and stay positive and motivated,find what you love and go for it with joy!!!
  6. Do something new to you and help people. When was the last time you did something for the first time?It's really cool to do new things and make new experiences,all the fun things are outside of your comfort zone and they are waiting for you!!!So what are you thinking about?Lastly,help people who need your help,it's really amazing the feeling that someone needs your help and knowing that soneone's life will change because of you.Be the generous and kindest person that I know you are and take care for the people around you.It's something simple but effective for a lot of people!!
 These are some of my tips to help you built and achieve a happy life,you should know that happiness is around the corner and you will meet her as long as you decide to choose happiness instead of all the negative things that keep you behind and don't let you taste the beautiful,fun moments.You are a decision away of living the life you always dreamed of!!!

Hello guys!!!So today I am going to challenge you!!It's been 2 years now since I made this blog so we can talk about positivity and how to think positive etc. so I want to take this further!
This challenge has no beginning and no ending.You can start it whenever you want to and stop it the next day but I really want you to push it and keep it as long as you can.
I don't remeber if I have told you before how important words are.In every word we give it the meaning that we want to,plus our words describe the way we feel and our thoughts as well,what's more words have a great effect in our lives.Good words bring positivity to us,for example if you say; "I like your hat because it looks lovely on you" you automatically have used two positive words "like" and "lovely" but if you say; "I hate feeling bad", you have used two negative words "hate" and "bad". Words effect the way we feel.
But if you are willing to change your life in a positive way not only with words but with actions this challenge will be hepful for you.

Challenge

Take a paper and a pen and write down positive words/phrases as; Like,love,happiness,please,thank you,beautiful,lovely,positive,appreciate,fantastic,gorgeous etc.

After that write down negative words/phrases as; hate,dislike,ugly,bad,unhappy,negative etc.

write as many words as you can!

Then, focus on the positive words and try to use only them!
For example instead of saying "This is a bad day",try to say "This is not as beautiful day as yesterday,but I can work it out" 
or instead of saying "My hair looks ugly",try to say "I need to put a little more effort to make my hair look lovely" 

Plus, if you use phrases like "I can work it out" or "I need a little more effort" you are going to feel strong and understand that it's only you who can change a situation!!!

Hello guys!!!On my latest blog posts I wrote a lot about changing ( "7 ways to change your lifestyle" , "Be the change you want to see in the world" ). On today's post I want to help you create an attitude so that you will no longer be afraid of it.
Firtsly, I want to make it clear that you can't avoid changing.From the time that you 'appeared' in this world until you die you will face a lot of changes.Your appearance will change,your attitude will change and your life will change too. But that doesn't mean that it has to be something dramatic.Whatever is your age and wherever you are in life, you have faced changes,others where big and scary and others where small and unnoticeable but you have survived and that's a very good beginning.
I think that we people crave for some change in our lives.We do so many things in order to avoid creating a routine or get out of it.
But the most important and beautiful thing about it is that when you are about to do some changes in your life or your life are changing in a way that you can't control it, it's a chance for you to go where you want to be and do what you like.Yeah, through changing we can redefine our goals in life.Are you sure that you like your job? Don't you think that it's time to do what you really want? Is there where you want to go?Redefine your goals and if you find it hard to do so pack your bags,go traveling and come back when you are ready to make some serious changes.
Change isn't bad,it's life's way to tell you that if you change something the way you live or the way you are better things will come easily to find you. You may find the whole process a little bit scary and  you will might find yourself into unknown places and you will might taste unknown feelings too,but then you will realise that it was that place that you've always belonged.
Lastly,trust yourself,you have made it great so far and that will continue to be this way whatever is going to happen.The way you survived before the same way you will survive now!!It's not bad to realise that you've got extra powers!!!

Hello everyone!!I'm really excited for today because as you can see is the second year since I've made this blog and I got to share with you my thoughts and all these positive stuff with you!!!Last year, I wrote down what I realized from all this "being positive" trip,how it is to leave the past behind and start a new positive path (read it now here ). This year I woud like to share with you what it is like to be a blogger who writes about her thoughts and opinions about this adventure that it is called life.

Blogging is one of the best ways to write down your thoughts and let people know about them.Being a blogger is fun beacause you can share your passions with other people and built connection.That's why there are fashion bloggers, bloggers who write about cooking etc.The good thing is that you don't need to be a journalist in order to create a blog, you just need to be passionate about something like fashion, cooking, life etc. Persoanly, I'm still learning how to write my posts and how to make my blog interesting for you and improve it. 


Fortunately, the "Think Positive" issue has a lot of things to write about,but the most important through this is to encourage people to make their dreams come true and help them deal with life and negativity in a positive way. I'm not a psychologist or a life coach, I just use what I learn throughout my path,my mistakes and my fears to guide others who struggle in their life or they just need a motivation to keep pushing.
Being positive feels really good although you might struggle at the beginning to deal with it because it takes a lot of dedication to look at the bright side and avoid the dark clouds but I'm a strongly believer that if you want to succeed in something you have to face failures,but these ups and downs make the whole process interesting and worthy!!!

Hello everyone!!So today's blog post has to do with what we said in the last one ( if you missed it read it now here ). On the previous post I said that if you want this world to change you've got to change yourself and I thought that we can talk now about what to do to make this world better for all of us. Don't be afraid I know that changes are scaring ,but what I will propose to you would hopefully change your habits for good.Some of them could be a little more challenging and others could be easy to handle with.I promise you,all will be worth it.

  1. Use the words "please" and "thank you" more often. Wherever you are and whatever you do if you need someone to do something for you say those words. It has to do with good manners and politness but mainly with kindness. If you do it you will realise that you made the day of many people.It's not that hard, right?
  2. Make people know that you like something on/about them. "That colour makes you shine!" , "Your hair looks incredible!", "I love that you are always so caring with others.", "You are special!" etc. Hello? Who doesn't like compliments?You don't have to force yourself,but if you really like something on someone don't be shy and let them know,they're going to smile the whole day!!!
  3. Help someone. I'm sure that there are loads of people that need your help. From giving an advice to help someone survive ,it's so important to let people understand that they can count on you. You know life can be a little bit hard and we all need each other on stormy days.
  4. Think positive and spread positivity. I really don't like the fact that when you automatically open the TV you have to face all the negativity and all the bad things. I know that this is life, but in this world there isn't only black, there are also white,grey, blue, yellow,pink etc.I mean there are a lot of colours...notice them and help others see them too.
  5. Don't be passive. Nowadays it's so easy to find yourself in front of your smartphone or your TV and literally don't care about anything.I can understand it, I have felt this way many times, but this world needs us to be active and scream for our rights in life. If you are not willing to scream for the rights of others they won't be there to scream for you...I hope that you know what I mean.Act Act Act.
  6. Be in love with your life. Make us a favour and be in love with your life.Stop being miserable and unhappy.If you want happiness in your life go find it. Set goals,be active,plan your day and make it special.Find that thing that makes you happy and do it as often as possible.
  7. Protect the environment. I know I have mentioned it a lot lately,but let's not forget how important is to keep our environment clean and protect it so the next generations will happily live in this world.Be careful of what kind of footprind you want to leave.

So ,that's some of my advices of what we need to change in our lifestyle in order to make life a little easier for all of us.I find all of the above really important but I would like to know what you think about them and if you do something different to improve your life.

Hello guys!!! So as you can see today's title is common to quite everyone. This Gandhi's saying has inspired me today for this blog post.

We all live in the same world and we know that this world needs a lot of change from the buttom to the top. In this world exists a lot of sadness and cruelty.I can see that you want, as much as I want ,to change it and make this world a place that only love, peace and acceptance exist, no hate, no criticism etc. But have you done something about it? I mean have you ever helped in order to spread the love? I don't mean go out and hug everyone you see, but at least...are you kind with the people that you meet? Do you say "please" and "thank you" when someone does something for you? Have you ever looked to someone with the eyes of love and helped them to get through a situation or comfort them when they don't feel that strong?
I don't want to judge you or make you feel bad about yourself, but I know as much as you do that today's life seems a little bit hard (I'm not sure though if life is hard) and as we run daily to achieve all of our duties sometimes we forget that we run among people who feel pain and happiness too, that they are scared to lose someone or something too, that they have dreams and worries too, as we have, you and me. In all this rush we forget that the people that we face daily need some love and compassion from us. This world is the reflection of our character so if you are angry and cruel, the world will seem and be cruel to you.But If you find the patience to face every situation and every person with kindness and love, then you will have made your hardest, it's not that hard though, to make this world shine a little bit more for all of us. 

Change won't come if you are not willing to change yourself. If you want a better world for everyone, help us achieve it by being the loveliest person thatI know that you can be.This world holds on a lot of pain but there is also a lot of beauty. Stop focusing on things and focus on the people. Aim to make someone happy, make them smile, help them dream again.
Dream with the dreamers and learn form the doers how they've managed to turn their dreams into reality. They say "If you can dream it then you can do it" ,the problem is that we have stopped dreaming and we let others to giude us, but I think that it is scary to watch your life pass in front of your eyes and you can't do anything about it. 
It's your life, it's your world,it's your home that you need to save.

Hello everyone!!!Today's post is more addressed to the female readers but if you are a man you can still take a sit and read it!!! Everyone is welcome!
As a woman I prefer thinking that we are capable to do as many things as men and achieve our goals and dreams.I think women's power is enough to carry both ourselves and men.I am happy to see that women have achieved a lot of things and have gave,as a heritage,a lot to the world,they have taken part to this difficult battle to spread love and the meaning of peace in this world.Also I can see women's name in different sciences near men. What I am trying to say is not that women are more important than men.But in this mostly male dominated world women have the power to dream,achieve goals and offer great things to the world.
As a woman,you have to feel proud and motivated by all these, to create new things and make this world understand that your excistence matter.But unfortunately, I also see girls run behind boys because the only thing that they care about is to take the same love they think that they are giving running and crying for them.There are a lot of quotes out there about broken hearts and girls who want boys but they don't want them etc. and I am thinking that this world need to teach girls how to become women not by being in a relitionship at 12 years old, that's not how you become woman, but to realize how you want to make your life,what kind of woman you want to be.



Don't get me wrong, feeling loved and giving love is the best feeling in the world but when you give love and you receive a brick,learn how to use the brick to built your empire or else you will find yourself trapped among bricks and that's very complicated!!!I think the only thinkg that matters (for both women and men) is to make a life worth living that make us feel proud of us. Practise love,strength,self-acceptance,self-disciplined etc. and that's how you will find things working. Love yourself as much as you love that man who doesn't even loves you back.I know that it hurts but I can't understand why loving someone who doesn't deserve your love and you don't love yourself as you are the one who deserve it the most.A woman who love and accept herself will never feel alone ( and that's the same for men).
Focus on you and then you will be capable to give love and appreciate the love of someone else.

Hello guys!!! So, today's post is about the benefits of doing a workout.Just to make it clear I decided to make this post not to force you start some kind of workout to lose weight or something.My intesion is to promote the benifits of doing an exercise in your body but especially in your mind!!
As you know there are a lot of reasons to start a workout but most of the people do it as a way to lose weight and look pretty in their eyes.That's the reason I start doing workout and fiding those exercises that fit on me.But throughout the exercises I have realised that they don't only help me lose weight but also help improve my personality.
  1. when you do an exercise you help your body kill the cancer cells that exists in your body.
  2. You become stronger body and spirit, as you learn not to give up so quickly because the results will be worth it (3 reasons in one,cool) !!!
  3. You also learn to stuck in what seems difficult at the beginning until you make it!!
  4. You become self-disciplined 
  5. Doing the exercise that you like makes you feel free and also clear your mind from negativity .

As long as I could get through a hard time of workout I personaly felt capable of everything and I gain self-confidence thinking that sooner or later I could achieve every goal!!!
You don't need to be the best athlete in the world or have "the perfect size" to start exercising.Do it for yourself , for your health, because it feels better when your are moving.
There are loads of exercises that you can choose ,from yoga and cardio exercises to dance workout that you can do it by yourself at home if you don't feel like going to the gym.Personaly I have found some videos on youtube and I prefer dance workout just because it's more fun!!
But if you don't feel the will neither to go to the gym nor do something of the above, that's very fine, you can just make some time to walk/run by the sea,or in the nature, or wherever you like.If you try to find motivation to start walking in your city you can start by exploring your city so you will achieve to walk without feeling the pain or the tiredness!!

That's some of the reasons why I believe that you should start an exercise and has nothing to do with losing weight etc. Lastly, let it be your stess relief!!!
