Happy Monday!!!


I hope you've got something special to do today.If you haven't planned something cool to do today and this week,start thinking of doing something excited that keeps you
positive and happy!!
You can start learning a new language that you always wanted to learn,you don't have to pay for them..technology helps you a lot,you can download a cool application or watch videos on youtube.
Because summer holidays are coming,if you think that you gained some weight these days, you can start today with 30 minutes of workout and eat healthy.Tomorrow you can do 45 minutes of workout and keep eating healthy (not little,but healthy) and drink a lot of water!!!Go on by doing this 5 times a week (workout for 30 min. or 1 hour,eat healthy,drink water) .You can also find very special  videos and many ways to workout  on youtube.The main thing about this is that you will start appreciating your body and love yourself!!That's unique,also keep reading all the articles about self-confidence (and they are coming more)!!
 You can also do some volunteering,try to sensitize your classmates,teachers,family,neighbours,the citizens of your community,colleagues and other people to keep clean the place you work daily,or raise money and clothes and give it in a good cause or straight to people who are indeed..the feeling is fantastic!!Be brave,overcome your shyness and do something that will help a lot of people and you will come closer to the people around you who although you see them everyday you don't know them..isn't that amazing?

In every way you can do a lot of things and make your day and others' day productive and beautiful!!Don't give exuces to yourself..just go and do this!!It doesn't matter if it's little or big just do this with all of your heart and don't expect something back..then you will be trully happy!!
