How to create a healthy lifestyle
Hello guys!!So,since tomorrow is Monday (yes,again!) and Monday is a good day to set new goals for the following week here are some good and beneficial advices to follow for a healthy body and mental!
- Workout
If you already do some kind of workout you can go read the next step.But for all of you that don't do it,you should start it because; first of all,excercise helps us reduse stress and negative thoughts,when at the same time helps the body to kill the cancer cells that are growing in our bodies.You don't need to start a high tention workout.You can go for a walk,or take your bike to go wherever you want.
- eat healthy
- Follow positive accounts
